About Your Order

All ToolForge 3D products are made to order at our Oceanside, NY workspace. Production typically takes 2 to 4 business days before your order ships. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order is on its way.

If you need to check on an order, please email info@toolforge3d.com with your order number and we'll respond within 48 business hours.

Custom Requests

We take custom design requests for tool accessories we don't currently carry. Email us with the brand, model, and what you're looking for and we'll let you know whether we can build it.

Returns and Refunds
